North Phoenix Finds: Our Guide To Your New Neighborhood

Have you heard the news?  We added another property to the Mark Taylor management portfolio, San Valiente in North Phoenix. We thought we would get the scoop on all of the community’s favorite spots in the area. So whether you live close or are looking to venture out and explore a new area of Phoenix, here are the can’t miss places for shopping, hiking and good eats.

Good Eats:

If you are looking for a little southern comfort in the southwest, look no further than Southern Rail. You can’t go wrong ordering the BBQ and Bourbon deal on Monday and Tuesday from 5pm-close.

Famous for their chicago-style deep dish pizza, Lou Malnatis, has quickly become a favorite in Phoenix.

Best Hiking:

I know! It is still way too hot to be thinking about being outside, but you will want to be the first one on North Mountain when it starts to cool off. Located just a couple miles from San Valiente, there are multiple trails, from easy to moderate with killer views the whole way up.

Unique Boutiques:

Frances is one of Phoenix’s most loved boutiques, so it is no wonder that San Valiente tenants are venturing to midtown to visit and see what new items the shop has in stock.
Phoenix General is the new kid in town. They vow to have “everything you need… generally speaking,” from apparel, home and gifts for life in the desert.
